Responsibilities:
- Work with a growing, cross-functional, and highly collaborative engineering and product team to drive Weee's already explosive growth
- Lead, manage, and own Weee!'s frontend enhancements and experiments
- Review and provide technical solutions and system designs to improve our architecture and infrastructure
- Own development and run day to day operations of frontend experiences
- Develop React based campaign pages (mobile web and desktop web).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 years of experience in frontend development. Team management experience preferred.
- Strong development skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Mastery of at least one backend programming language (Node.js/PHP/Python, etc.)
- Strong development skills in Vue.js, React, and jQuery and familiar with their principles
- Understanding of the most used JavaScript libraries or frameworks (Angular, mini-apps, Flutter, etc.)
- Familiarity with various web standards and know of working through compatibility issue across browser types
- Inquisitive about new industry technologies: a willingness to explore and share new industry developments
- Effective communicator and strong team player with the ability to manage and delegate across multiple priorities
- Experience in developing and improving complex (web) frontend applications
- Chinese language skills are preferred.
