Primarily responsible for building trade activities.
Performs all tasks pertaining to building maintenance, such as sheetrock work,
carpentry, furniture assembly/relocating, painting, grounds keeping, and snow
removal. Must be flexible and be willing to assist others in repairing heating,
ventilation, air conditioning units, air handlers, through-wall heaters,
plumbing systems, boilers, and electrical circuits. The position includes "on-call" responsibilities with a 30-minute response time and rotating
weekends/holidays. Reports to the Facilities Supervisor and/or Facilities
Director.
