The pay range for these positions is between $17.00/hour and $25.50/hour based on experience.
Shift Differentials: $3.00/hour - Weekends; $4.00/hour - 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm; $7.00/hour - 11:00 pm - 7:00 AM
Posted Hospital Based Positions: include varied shifts, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and include e/o weekend.
Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and performs various functions within the Patient Access Department related to scheduling, pre-registration, registration, and switchboard operations. Ensure outstanding patient experience while proactively reducing financial loss. Demonstrates behaviors outlined in NCH's Core Values and supports NCH's Mission and Vision.
Essential Qualifications: Minimum of one year in a customer service role preferably in a healthcare setting.
