Description
Weidenhammer seeks an energetic creative Junior Growth Marketer to join our team. The Junior Growth Marketer will work closely with the Director of Marketing and division leaders to support digital lead generation, content creation, data management, and brand presence through multiple marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates who are interested in content brand storytelling, revenue marketing, and digital marketing, have a positive self-motivated outlook, and enjoy working in a team environment.
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and other executives to develop content and execute activities that drive lead generation.
- Ensure that all campaign elements invoke brand standards, are innovative, creative and are of the highest quality.
- Assist the marketing team in all administrative tasks, brand and social strategizing, and execution of campaigns.
- Create engaging, creative, and cohesive content for brands, including blogs, site content, email content, digital marketing ads, and social content.
- Build and assess detailed campaign reports.
- Become proficient with Weidenhammer’s marketing automation platform, WordPress, and other marketing technology platforms.
- Contribute and manage social media strategy and execution.

Requirements

- One year or more of previous marketing-related experience - B2B and diverse skillsets welcome (including those from digital marketing agencies)
- Marketing, business, or communications degrees preferred, but not required based on experience.
- Self-motivated, creative, and detailed approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage and track a variety of tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- An understanding and comfort with social media and digital marketing
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships internally and with current and prospective channel partners
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Be driven and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed
