Electrical Service Administrator

What You Will Do

• Provide superior service, clerical and administrative planning support to internal and external customers
• Manage monthly service alignment, create, schedule, screen, and approve work orders, and perform service department day-to-day progress reviews
• Create, Screen and approve work orders in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Identify, plan, and budget for acquisition of parts required for service efforts
• Maintain planned work order backlog
• Communicate extensively with customers, service technicians, management, and other departments
• Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

What You Will Bring

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will have

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the construction process of electrical service operations electrical installation or equivalent electrical maintenance experience
• Basic understanding of safety construction, commissioning, and testing electrical systems
• Strong planning and scheduling skills, able to manage multiple activities with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings
• Excellent communication skills and attention to details
• Computer literate and able to use existing systems and grow into company networked program of Microsoft Suite. CMMS and ERP experiences a plus
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills. Able to adapt and work in a fluid work environment which expects high level of customer services, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.
