Weiler Plastic Surgery, LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator to join our team! Our practice includes locations in Baton Rouge, Hammond, Covington, Denham Springs, Slidell, Metairie & Lafayette. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator to help us strengthen our brand by assisting our patients and supporting our Medical Aestheticians & Body Contouring Specialist in our Baton Rouge office. AESTHETIC CLINIC COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

Basic Function

Assist in the provision of a professional and welcoming environment while communicating with patients through phone inquiries and clinic visits. The Aesthetic Clinic Coordinator will create and maintain communication with the patients while simultaneously working with staff to ensure all tasks are completed and everything in the clinic is running efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Aesthetic, Med Spa or healthcare experience preferred: 1-2 years minimum
• Customer service focused. Ideal candidate has customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively use a computer, efficiently navigating electronic medical records, google docs & sheets, and email communications
• Ideal candidate has attention to detail and ability to multitask while still providing quality patient interactions

Job Responsibilities

• Answer phones and check patients in & out
• Schedule patient appointments
• Organize patient charts and documents
• Efficiently use electronic medical record, google docs & sheets & email
• Develop knowledge of all surgical and aesthetic procedures as well as injectables while being able to effectively transfer knowledge to patients.
• Create a welcoming and professional environment for all patients
• Support the Medical Aestheticians & Body Contouring Specialist in clinic
• Maintain skincare displays, cleaning & stocking as needed. Communicate to aesthetic manager when ordering is needed
• Receive all deliveries & verify packing slips/quantities received
• Stock & transfer inventory as it arrives
• Audit & track provider's schedules
• Handle patient product shipping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
