Weimer Bearing is looking for proactive, organized candidates to fill an inside sales trainee position at our growing Kaukauna location. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to train and grow into an inside sales representative. Numerous advancement opportunities!

Responsibilities:
- Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner
- Main point of contact for designated accounts
- Offer product solutions for customers using your technical expertise
- Promote value added services to customers
- Process customer quotes, orders and returns
- Go through a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services
- Expedite orders to satisfy customer timelines
- Other inside sales related tasks
- Do more than just enter orders and field complaints - be an asset to the entire team!
Education and Experience:
- 1 year of inside sales experience
- Experience with power transmission products preferred
- Associates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
