We are looking for an experienced Professional Legal Administrator to manage the business operations of our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have previously performed this role for a law firm that has at least 10 employees. You will find the atmosphere at our office to be warm and inviting. - Financial management: budgeting, billing and collections, trust accounting.
- HR management: employee relations, recruitment, policies and procedures.
- Systems management: systems analysis, office automation, legal practice systems.
- Facilities management: space planning.
- Operations management: strategic planning, business development, risk management, general management functions.
- Practice management: work product quality control, professional standards, substantive practice systems.
- Must have previously performed this role at a law firm with 10 or more employees.
- Must have strong knowledge of how law firms operate.
- Experience in a trusts and estates law firm is preferred.
- Must be able to analyze complex problems and recommend and implement solutions.
- Must be able to maintain good interpersonal relations with lawyers and support staff.
- Leadership skills are important, as is the ability to delegate.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
