Assistant Swim Coach

The Dolphin Club Swim Team is looking for two (2) qualified candidates to serve as an assistant coach at the Weinstein JCC for our year-round swim team and our summer swim team. The Dolphin Club consists of athletes from Ages 7-18 years old. Our goal is to develop successful and lifelong swimmers by reinforcing positive physical, emotional, and social skills.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for individuals who have experience in the competitive swimming world, and who are passionate about helping our swimmers develop a lifelong interest in the sport of swimming.
• Emphasis on teambuilding and fostering positive relationships with swimmers & their parents is what we value most.
• A certified USA swim coach is preferred, but the WJCC will help provide the resources for the right candidate to earn their USA swimming certification. A Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is also required but we also have resources to help you earn this certification as well. Resources include covering the cost of these certifications.
• Days and times may vary slightly but our current swim practice schedule: Sundays 1:45 - 5:45pm; Monday - Thursday 4:30 - 8:15pm.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
