Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Law Firm hiring a Legal Assistant to join their Fort Lauderdale Office's PIP Litigation Department. Candidate should be outgoing, work well under pressure, have attention to detail and good sense of urgency allowing for prioritizing of work tasks.

Tasks include but are not limited to, preparation of Demand Letters, Complaints, Discovery, Motions, Notices and correspondence; E-Filing; Scheduling Hearings, Depositions and Mediations. The firm offers ample room for growth and benefits.

1 years’ PIP or Litigation experience preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
