We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team!
We own and manage our communities and are looking for motivated new employees to join our family. Weinstein Properties is based out of Richmond, VA and has communities throughout VA, NC, TN, TX and GA.

Location: Abbington West End
PAY: $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Other: Benefits, vacation time, regional fun days, lots of holidays off and paid, plus your birthday is a paid day off!
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning common areas, offices, interior hallways, fitness center, clubhouse amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant units and freshens, cleaning model apartment home.
Must be good with walking, stairs, and keeping busy.
At least 2 years of housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience a plus!
