Reports to : Branch Manager

Job Summary :

This position involves initiating and coordinating clerical, secretarial, and administrative functions essential in implementing of company policies and procedures.

This position assists management in all departments to ensure an efficient office.

Job Duties :

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Answer telephones professionally and in a timely manner. Accurately record phone messages when receiver is unavailable.
  • Recruit, screen, and profile applicants for open positions.
  • Recommend qualified candidates for positions.
  • Maintain and update Applicant Flow Logs.
  • Complete background investigations on applicants.
  • Maintain and update an accurate employee list with correct employee contact information and addresses.
  • Report all claims of harassment, discrimination, and / or retaliation to the Vice President of Human Resources, General Counsel, or CEO at the Support Center.
  • These are not the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and duties requested by his or her supervisor, in order to maintain an efficient office.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with management and Security Officers.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of fingerprint procedure.
  • Knowledge of State licensing procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

  • High School Graduate or have clean Criminal Background
