Summary
The Weisiger Group is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with ERP implementation experience to join our ePMO team. Our organization values engagement and partnership, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving successful project outcomes. As a member of the ePMO the Sen. Project Manager is responsible for, though not limited to, plans and processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization. The Sen. Project Manager will work across multiple business areas to manage both IT and business-related deliverables. Forms a strong relationship with the business stakeholders, partnering to resolve project related issues, provides project status updates and escalates issues and concerns appropriately. To be successful in this role you must be willing and able to partner with business stakeholders, "roll up your sleeves," and provide value outside of basic project management tasks. Prior project management or change management experience in ERP implementations, with a strong preference to SAP implementations, is required. A strong candidate will have experience in one or more of the following industries: construction, materials handling, heavy equipment, warehousing, or facilities.
