Position Summary:
The Marketing & Branding Manager creates the voice of WEL Companies. In this position you will develop our brand, identify target customers, and set clear objectives with solid content, promotion, engagement, conversion and visual design strategies. Traditional marketing along with a positive and engaging social-media presence may allow this position to grow into a team of individuals who would report directly to the Branding Manager.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, Day Shift with flexibility when needs require
Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Update company website to include promotions, company news, and other relevant topics
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Online content management through all applicable channels
  • Completing SEO and generation of inbound traffic
  • Assist Recruiting and Sales Departments with cultivation of leads and sales
  • Measure and analyze return on investment with key performance indicators
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a positive, engaging way that promotes brand awareness
  • Implement continuing education within the budget for training and/or attendance at industry-specific conferences
  • Identify and improve organizational development aspects that will improve content
  • Create a regular publishing schedule and content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific and timely marketing campaigns
  • Measure and share results with management as required and requested
  • Copywriting
  • Create Landing Pages for website/specific marketing efforts
  • Generation and distribution of press-releases
  • Ground-up content creation across all outlets (display ad, social, video, print, podcast, etc)
  • Ad purchasing
  • Implementation and execution of all efforts in accordance with brand standards
  • Event Marketing
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma; required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or Advertising; preferred
  • Working knowledge of social media campaigns
  • Experience of editing photography, videos, and other digital media
  • Basic graphic design/layout experience
Computer & Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Word Press
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Primarily: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, & Audition
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to operate professional photo and video equipment
  • Excellent attention to details, including proof reading
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and structure work schedules
  • Strong ability to multitask to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on time and within budget
  • Strong creative skills and keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work professionally with a diverse group of individuals
