E-Commerce Client Specialist
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a positive attitude and desire to learn as well as have the ability to listen and relate to our customers and provide thoughtful, professional responses to their needs.
Reports to: E-Commerce Director
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Grade/Range: Commensurate upon qualification
General Duties
· Process daily e-commerce orders
· Customer service via phone, email, and webchat
· Monitoring of e-commerce site product design and user interface
· Processing and shipping of e-commerce orders
· Other related tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent communicator with strong oral and written skills
- Exceptional listening skills
- Experience dealing with sensitive customer service issues
- The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter and responsible with proven assistance and follow-through ability
- Responsible for quality of work in terms of accuracy and content
- Ability to organize and prioritize, managing multiple projects
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office: Excel and Word
- Experience with CRM/MIS platforms
- Product content development helpful
Job Requirements:
- Overtime may be expected on occasion.
- Attendance is essential; must be reliable, dependable, and punctual.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent sitting, minimal standing, and walking.
- Frequent telephone use.
- Frequent use of computer and mouse.

Education:
- College degree preferred
Required Experience:
- Three years of administrative experience
- Three years of customer service experience
Work Environment:
Onsite working position in an office environment. The noise level is usually moderate.
