Weldsale is currently seeking a full-time mechanical engineer. We make welding tables along with a host of various tools, clamps, fixture devices, and occasional ancillary products. Weldsale is a small, family-owned company, but we sell to a variety of industries all across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Design and drafting
- Assembly of clamps and tools
- Quality inspection of products
- Run 3D printers for prototyping
Experience/Skills:
- Three years experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must have knowledge of Solidworks and be proficient in AutoCad / Pro E / etc.
- Welding skills necessary. If untrained, willing to teach welding skills. This position requires that you "get your hands dirty". If you are unwilling to complete these types of tasks, please pass on our company.
- Ability to maintain a neat and clean work environment required.
- Organization and time management skills essential.
- Ability to work independently as well with others as necessary.
- Willing to take direction.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have valid driver's license.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: Commensurate with experience, includes benefits
