Operations Manager

The Operations Manager holds a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various operational functions within an organization. This position involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring effective utilization of resources, and enhancing operational efficiency to meet the company's objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop programs to carry out the organization's production according to customers' needs and available resources: personnel, materials, supplies, machinery, transportation, etc.
• Schedule work for production staff to achieve the fastest and most efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
• Define and use software for scheduling, assignment, and control of the objectives for each production program.
• Develop and deliver mitigation orders as per customer requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the timely preparation and supply of resources for the proper functioning of the production area.
• Ensure compliance with production times.
• Coordinate the purchases of raw materials, materials, and supplies required for production.
• Maintain an optimal inventory level, sufficient to meet current demand without exceeding the financial costs associated with investment, storage, or obsolete/expired inventory.
• Ensure that all product or service deliveries to customers are accompanied by the delivery note and the expected receipts and evidence.
• Ensure fast and efficient delivery of the photographic record and temperature chart as evidence of the service provided for invoicing the insurance company.
• Guarantee the safety and proper use of production supplies and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and use of the organization's transportation.
• Maintain statistical records of the position, report them, and graph them weekly.
• Develop and implement a formula for managing conditions and create a weekly battle plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Preferred but not required)
• IICRC Certified
• Mold Remediator Certified
• WRT Certified
• Lean six sigma certified (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in related field.
• Mitigation experience.

Skills

• Proven experience in operations management or a related field, demonstrating progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability to changing environments and priorities while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Experienced in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bilingual English - Spanish (Preferred)
