JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Water Transfer Supervisor for our Midland, TX location. The right candidate will have 3 years of water transfer experience and 1 year minimum in a supervisory role. Water management experience is a plus.

Job duties and responsibilities:

· Ability to manage 15-man crews and assign out to jobs.

· Ensure housing is set-up for assigned shift 1 week prior to shift starting.

· Maintains accountability of company assets to include equipment and trucks.

· Daily and weekly paperwork is completed in a timely manner.

· Communicates well with customer representatives, promotes company interests and builds relationship with customer.

· Oversee and complete a rig-up in a timely manner with minimal issues.

· Ability to perform coaching and counseling forms with operators.

· Ensures Daily Fuel Updates are sent in by all pads daily.

· Good understanding and working knowledge of water transfer operations and equipment.

· Superior mechanical and construction trade skills, particularly with respect to pumps, pipelines, flow and pressure of water, valves, fittings and system controls.

· Ability to set-up and run all aspects of water transfer and management.

· Possess good and effective oral and written communication skills with individuals at all levels, including customer representatives.

· Possess ability to effectively manage projects, supervise, train, and develop employees.

· Ability to write legibly and intelligently, with basic math, spreadsheet, email, and word processing skills using a mobile device (e.g., smartphone, laptop, I-Pad or the like).

· Ability to prepare and submit accurate and complete daily and weekly administrative reports/documents (field tickets, equipment reports, time sheets, and related compilations)

· Ability to read and follow directions provided by Directors and customer representatives.

· Experience with estimating; monitoring and forecasting project and capital costs; and scheduling of manpower and equipment needs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· Manages crew leads and subordinate employees or contractors.

· Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Valid driver license with clean driving record for last 3 years

· A minimum of 2-3 years of water transfer experience.

· Minimum of 1-year experience in a supervisor role.

· Microsoft Teams, MS word, MS Outlook, and MS Excel spreadsheets.

· Current safety certifications are a plus!

· Prior personnel and project management experience.

· Pay Commensurate with experience.

Ability to lift and / or carry up to 75 pounds daily.

Ability to walk on uneven, slippery, and muddy conditions.

Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours daily.

Ability to operate and maneuver on and off an all-terrain vehicle throughout the day.

Worker will be subject to other physical activities required, to include climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.

Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and range of vision necessary to safely perform job functions.

• 14 days on days. Off for 7. 14 on nights. 12 hr shifts
