Wellcare Pal is looking for an assistant to our safety supervisor to assist the safety team in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth workflow between all departments. You will be working on our yard lot with buses as well as in-office work.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Work closely with team in assisting to regulate and execute overall safety operations
- Performing daily safety quality assurance inspections
- Following up on maintenance and repairs
- Assisting safety team in ensuring operations are adhering to DOT/CHP regulations
- Coordinating between drivers and management team to resolve conflicts or issues
- Analyzing and providing solutions to problems
- Preparing reports/drafts/correspondences/emails
- Providing general administrative and ad hoc support
*This position has an opportunity for salary increase after a 90-day probation period based on employee performance.

- Level-headed and personable
- Have reliable transportation to East Los Angeles
- Previous experience within the motorcoach/transportation industry is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
