What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Systems Analyst position at Wellforce?
Supports the Wellforce Identity & Access Governance department under the Office of the CISO with solutions to ensure proprietary/confidential data and systems are and remain protected. Provides technical services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Participates with the customer and Internal IS to translate security and business requirements into processes that support a zero-defect customer service model.
Responsibilities
IAM Activities
- Assigns system access and on-boards employees, staff, vendors, and other identified users
- Performs Moves, Adds and Changes to System Access upon request as workflow changes.
- Interfaces with all levels of users
- Communicates effectively and swiftly concerning system access to optimize user productivity
- Maintains knowledge of all systems and effectively prioritize requests
- Analyzes basic business needs and recommends process improvements to facilitate highly accurate turnaround on requests.
- Works on assignments where considerable judgement and initiative are required in resolving problems or in making choices, recommendations, or decisions.
- Defers to Identity Access Manager for guidance on business matters.
- Contributes to IS and customer success through quality and accuracy of output.
- Verifies conformance of documents with standards.
- Assesses completeness of detailed requests.
- Identifies roadblocks to task completion and effectively brings them to management for resolution.
- Generally uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems.
Job Knowledge and Skills
- Basic ability providing quality service to the user community and effectively managing their business needs.
- Basic troubleshooting skills as it relates to Security Admin tasks and requests.
- Basic understanding of the fundamentals of system and network access.
- Basic knowledge of processes and resources required to perform analytical and technical security tasks.

Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 4 years relevant experience with Identity & Access Management
- Knowledge of Active Directory services
- Knowledge of Imprivata’s digital identity framework
- Relevant post-secondary training
Desired, but not required:
- CompTIA Certification(s)
- Network
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
