Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry/Warehouse Associate

Data Entry/Warehouse Associate

Wellgistics, a 50-state licensed wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical drug products, is looking for experienced pharmacy technicians with a passion for pharmacy. Wellgistics stands apart from other companies in that we have exclusive products, exclusive opportunities and the best-in-marketing pricing on many of the drug products sold. Our focus is independent pharmacies (mom and pop pharmacies) where relationships are built and can last for years to come. With 22-23,000 different independent pharmacies, 10,000 physician dispensers and multiple other avenues for sales, leads are endless.

Data Entry/Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Helps maintain database of customers by entering, verifying new and updated customer account information
• Handles tasks such as compiling sales data to answer audits, answering customer service related calls regarding submission of audits
• Process, package and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
• Organize and clean warehouse space
• Receive, unload, process and place incoming inventory items appropriately
• Abide by all company safety regulations

Data Entry/Warehouse Associate Skills/Requirements:

• Proven inventory management/warehouse experience
• Team player with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift or move heavy products
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Great customer service skills
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
• High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
