Veterinary Receptionist

Bozeman Pet Hospital, located in the heart of beautiful Bozeman, MT, has an exciting new opportunity. We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join our fun, hardworking team! At our state-of-the-art hospital, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to patient care. We bring over 10 years of Veterinary experience to serve our community's beloved pets.

We are looking for a positive, helpful, and compassionate individual for our Veterinary Receptionist position! Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience within the veterinary industry and a basic understanding of vaccines, medications, and client education. Your role will be to greet clients face-to-face and on the phone. Strong phone skills and strong scheduling skills are required. You must be able to multi-task between things like checking in clients, checking out clients and taking payment, preparing charts, and maintaining medical records while having a positive attitude! We are open to considering PT or FT.

Clinic hours:

• Monday-Thursday: 8 AM to 6 PM
• Friday: 8 AM to 9 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM to 9 PM
