This position is based out of our Burlington, MA headquarters location, where we work a required hybrid schedule of in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and remote on Wednesdays and Fridays and working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST.
Our Financial Analyst will be responsible for the development of accurate profit forecasting models, analyzing financial performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This individual will also support the annual budgeting process and our forecasting activities.
This individual will be based out of our Burlington office, with a synchronized hybrid schedule in the office each week on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. This position reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and is an individual contributor position.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Participate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive profit forecasting models, incorporating revenue, cost, and margin variables
- Prepare periodic profit forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) and assess variances against actual results
- Identify risks and opportunities in profit projections and recommend actionable strategies
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes
- Provide scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions
- Analyze key financial metrics and trends to inform forecasting assumptions
- Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholder presentation, highlighting insights and recommendations
- Become a subject matter expert and administrator for our forecasting and budgeting tools

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; an MBA or a Master of Finance is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning, profit forecasting, or a related role
- Proven track record in developing financial models and providing strategic insights
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and forecasting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy of work
