Reporting to the Creative Director, our Traffic Coordinator will work in our Burlington, MA headquarters location and collaborate in real time with our internal teams on packaging initiatives for North America: project management, brand marketing, and packaging procurement. Externally, this individual will manage key relationships with agency partners and external printers. They will be accountable for trafficking all North American packaging creative and pre-press from brief to final asset delivery. To be successful in this role, you will need to execute with a high level of quality as well as continually communicate and keep projects on time.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Traffic packaging projects to ensure tasks hit key milestones and ensure projects are delivered on time. This includes workflows associated with design development, proofing, printing and asset delivery.
• Coordinate project communication plans between internal and external partners, including design agencies and printers
• Document and communicate project status regularly and effectively to the project manager, the brand marketing lead, and the project team (including senior leadership) to ensure that everyone is aware and tracking to deadlines
• Attend and actively contribute to cross-functional project meetings associated with packaging projects
• Hold cross-functional team members responsible to support critical path deliverables and timelines
• Continuously assess and manage project risks, and escalate risks as needed to key project stakeholders for mitigation

• Identify opportunities to adjust and revise processes to increase efficiency.

Additionally, for this role, we are looking for someone who’s previous experience includes:

• Executing and managing packaging creative projects for a minimum of 3 years
• Is able to convey their understanding of the packaging artwork development process, including a technical understanding of design, pre-press, proofing, and print production
• Can describe their proficiency in branding and graphic project management platforms like Dragonfly
• Has shown success while trafficking multiple, concurrent, cross-functional projects
• A successful track record of working with cross-functional teams that include internal and external partners

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Is able to demonstrate their skill with detail-oriented tasks with a keen eye towards accuracy
• Proven ability to multi-task and work thru challenges in a fast-paced environment
