Minimum Education and Experience
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience as an attending physician is required
- Urgent care or emergency department experience is optimal
- Occupational medicine experience highly desirable
- Strong procedural skills including suturing, splinting, management of nosebleeds, and I & D
- Must be comfortable and competent in evaluating and treating patients of all ages
- Able to work independently and serve as a leader for the team
- Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills
Education:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of a residency program in Family Practice, Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine
Required License or Certification:
- Board Certification in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
