Associate Manager Marketing Services

Support the execution of Brand Strategy and WEI partnerships, long-term Strategic Business Plans, and Corporate Initiatives by managing day-to-day projects from collaboration on briefs and to execution. Responsible for independently creating designs, ensuring defined brand style guide elements are met, and for management of advertising and point-ofsale materials.

1. Manage day-to-day projects to ensure strategy alignment and efficient allocation of resources.
2. Provides Marketing Services project management for all sales channels and manages the project from collaboration on the design brief to execution. Works with cross-functional team members based on the project scope and objectives to ensure all project deliverables, timelines and expectations are met.
3. Responsible for independently creating designs, coordinating photoshoots, and ensuring brand(s) style guide elements as defined by outside agency and/or Brand Team leadership are met for all customer marketing creative, field support and internal customer requests.
4. Responsible for the management and oversight of advertising and point-of-sale (POS) materials. Partners with Brand

6. Routes artwork associated with agency creative through the Brand leadership team and Sales leadership.
7. Responsible for managing the vending distribution trucks and mobile vending van graphics budget and reconciling vendor billing.
8. Responsible for corporate branding and initiatives in order to achieve overall corporate strategy.
9. Primary interface with agencies, field support, and internal customers for Marketing Services.
10. Builds strong, high-performance team and influences and motivates for strong performance. Improves the performance of others through coaching/feedback and strengthens the quality of talent.
11. responsible for maintaining software/equipment and for evaluating hardware/software needs for the marketing services team.

1. Knowledge - Knowledge of Macintosh graphic design software tools, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. An understanding of studio lighting and photographic equipment.
2. Skills - Must have good communication and presentation skills both written and oral. Skilled at developing direct reports, managing information and timelines and able to provide assistance to help others achieve their goals. Skilled atinforming. Listening skills, practices attentive and active listening.
