About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Analytics Consultant in Internal Audit on the Audit Innovation Team.

In this role, you will:
  • Engineer data models and Tableau dashboards to support analytical and reporting needs
  • Navigating within large complex technology environments to locate, validate, extract, and format data for data analysis testing.
  • Have strong organizational and execution skills; communicate effectively and ensure that all deliverables are met;
  • Be a critical thinker with an innovative mindset, coupled with a track record for creating solutions that are efficient, effective, and essential;
  • Train and mentor team members in the use of data analysis and data analysis tools;
  • Develop data-driven analytics capabilities to identify anomalies, outliers, emerging trends and operational risks across the Enterprise;
  • Build continuous reporting and/or automation solutions that support risk identification.
  • Using data-driven analytics capabilities to identify anomalies, outliers, and operational risks to effectively perform data validations and clearly communicate the resulting data limitations and required assumptions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Work with more experienced consultants or directly with partners to influence and build strong relationship management
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 2 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • SQL or SAS experience
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Ability to develop operational reporting and performing complex data analysis
  • Experience in data processing, database programming, and/or data analytics.
  • Experience building data visualization and/or reporting solutions through Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools preferred.
  • Knowledge of Wells Fargo businesses, systems of record, and data warehouses.
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Pay Range

$55,300.00 - $98,300.00 Annual
