In this role, you will:
- Identify ways to improve tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, and offer ideas on trends, workflow, and presentation design
- Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational tasks
- Participate in research, tracking, and data gathering related to regulations and policy
- Perform routing analysis, track trends, and present findings
- Receive direction from manager and escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals
- Interact with peer, team, risk, compliance, and manager on projects, data analysis, and technology issues
- Work with ERS Manager, business analysts, and fellow ERS developers (programmers and processors), and/or other staff to complete monthly, weekly, and daily automated collateral report processing using ACL (Audit Command Language) and/or other business analytics applications.
- Assist with maintaining collateral reporting for clients on Electronic Reporting Solutions (ERS)
- Responsible for processing ERS, which consists of report preparation, applet execution, testing/troubleshooting, and turnover.
- May complete simple code modifications with colleague assistance and review.
- May assist in developing and testing new code, tools, subroutines, functionalities, and upgrades to ERS.
- 6 months of Administrative, Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Robust general computing skills with background in programming logic
- Business or other analytical degree with strong technical background
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills; attentiveness to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Aptitude for working well both independently and in a team environment
- Motivation, strong initiative, and effective planning/time management skills
- Experience with Audit Command Language (ACL)
- Asset-based lending or commercial finance work experience
- Experience with collateral analysis
- This position will be fully-remote.
