In this role, you will:
- Creating invoicing for Sponsoring business relationships
- Banking reconciliation for Sponsorship and WFPG Gateway
- Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting.
- Troubleshoot WFPG Gateway account errors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
- Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics for data validation.
- Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
- 5 years of experience supporting finance or accounting functions
- Accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
- Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or escalated issues from internal and external customers
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
- Advanced MS Excel experience
- Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

- Salary range is determined by location of the job.
- Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
- Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week.
