Business Execution Associate

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate on the Sponsorship Operations Billing team in Merchant Services.

This role is responsible for a variety of accounting related projects including review and creation of invoicing, reconciliation, implementation projects. Strong attention to detail is essential for success in this position. There are customer interaction so excellent communication skills are a must.

In this role, you will:

• Creating invoicing for Sponsoring business relationships
• Banking reconciliation for Sponsorship and WFPG Gateway
• Participate in functions related to financial research and reporting.
• Troubleshoot WFPG Gateway account errors.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the scope of responsibilities.
• Exercise independent judgment to guide key metrics for data validation.
• Develop expertise on reporting that meets brand standards and internal control standards.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Required Qualifications:

• 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
• 5 years of experience supporting finance or accounting functions
• Accounts receivable or accounts payable experience
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
• Ability to effectively respond to inquiries or escalated issues from internal and external customers
• Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
• Advanced MS Excel experience
• Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations:

• Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to one of the site locations; however, the position is eligible to work from home in a hybrid model.
• Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working in office 3 days a week and 2 days at home a week.

$76,300.00 - $135,700.00 Annual
