In this role, you will:
- Support delivery of strategic and transformational LT initiatives supporting CIB Capital Markets, Banking (Coverage & ABF) and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lines of business
- Support execution & prioritization process of strategic CIB LT roadmap, including dependency projects/initiatives
- Support several CIB LT projects from initiation to implementation and transition to BAU, leading and influencing other project resources and partner teams
- Support the creation an implementation strategy for CIB LT projects and product releases based on input from business, product development, technology and partner teams, including cost/benefits
- Partner with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Transformation and other key stakeholders on the planning, execution, management and resourcing of CIB LT projects, managing project plans, dependencies/issues and risks
- Ensure that change management (communication & training) and user experience (adoption) is a key focus
- Work with impacted areas to understand complex problems. Focus on bringing issues and risks to resolution; identifying solutions and developing clear options and recommendations that drive decision making
- Use problem solving skills to develop custom approaches and solutions (process improvement, change management, product management, projects, etc.) that are tailored to the problem
- Work with peers to develop and drive goals, define business specifications and work with technology and operations counterparts on platform design

- 2 years of Business Operations or Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in one or a combination of the following: Banking, consulting, program/project management, strategic planning, or implementation
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, effectively resolving competing objectives, priorities and conflicts as they arise
- Subject matter expertise in the lending & credit lifecycle - including but not limited to pitch, underwriting, credit approval, booking and funding, servicing and portfolio management
- Subject matter expertise in CIB and/or CRE - including but not limited to credit origination, underwriting, serving and portfolio management of both balance sheet & third party loans
- Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of complex IT environments: cross-functional areas, large number of interfaces and data sources
