Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Transformation & Portfolio Delivery team within CDEP Technology. The Consumer Data Engagement Platform (CDEP) technology team function is to enable the business with technology solutions that will improve banker productivity and deepen customer relationships using CRM tools, Marketing Technology, and Customer Analytics.
In this role, you will be part of a newly formed and dynamic team that will work across Product Areas and Technology areas to make a tangible difference in the formulation and execution of Portfolio Delivery associated with CDEP Technology to transform agile execution, and ultimate delivery of platforms to enhance Customer engagement and experience.

In this role, you will:
- Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership
- Lead the framework for Agile Transformation - including partnering with Shared Services, Enterprise Transformation, and Product Leadership for new product activation, alignment with product architecture, and standing up the appropriate tooling and delivery capabilities to support those areas.
- Co-create and maintain governance and operational processes to support the transformation.
- Engage with Scrum Master Manager and Leads for adoption and training of Agile good practices to maximize the delivery of business value.
- Act as an advisor to leadership to drive performance and initiatives, and develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders and senior management
- Lead team meetings or steering committee to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
- Lead and participate in managing technology standards and determine how to quantify the transformation impact to drive adoption.
- Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations, requiring learning agility, and problem-solving skills in order to influence and drive initiatives.
- Identify needs, develop content, and implement strategies to support the deliverables assigned and monitored by the transformation team.
- Partner with other communications teams to ensure alignment of communication strategies and messaging.
- 10 years of financial services related experience
- 7 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years of experience with experience presenting to management and senior leaders to drive change management.
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft PowerPoint to create visually dynamic presentations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include pivot table and data manipulation (v lookup) and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Proven record of delivery across organizational lines with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels.
- Successful experience leading strategy execution including establishing leadership support, building stakeholder network, forming and collaborating with a team, defining execution roadmaps, establishing a cadence of execution, and operational/organizational process design and transition planning.
- Demonstrated success managing complex projects from start to finish, working effectively across internal cross-functional teams
