Work performed by the Resiliency ICM Lead would include:
  • Ensure a firm understanding of the overall resiliency vision and objectives and proactively tailor and apply them in strategic and impactful ways to Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business group senior management, the control executive, and EBCP to strengthen and enhance business resiliency incident management, reporting and monitoring.
  • Apply knowledge of core banking, markets, operations and corporate real estate business, to be able to assess how an incident may impact the LOB
  • Develop a deep knowledge of location, process and human capital across the platform to apply to incident requirements.
  • Coordinate with Enterprise Business Continuity Planning (EBCP), LOB COOs, Wells Fargo Audit Services and the CIB COO team to develop an adaptive approach to incident and crisis management, including standing up CIB driven incident management framework that is coordinated with enterprise functions.
  • Act as lead CIB coordinator for all incident and crisis management, in conjunction with enterprise, Resiliency Managers and the Resiliency Lead and each of the CIB Business Resiliency Officers, during CIB resiliency events.
  • Partner with enterprise incident and crisis management to properly monitor and report out incidents through various stages of the resiliency lifecycle.
  • Maintain oversight of minor to major incidents across the platform and report out progress, escalations and closure.
  • Coordinate with desktop support, IT, communication teams and corporate properties to manage oversight of incidents that would invoke CIB business continuity and ensure proper communication, response and post mortem review.
  • Work in conjunction with the CIB MIS lead to design and coordinate the development of a data capture and reporting capability associated with specific CIB resiliency events, including proper reporting of key metrics and data points before, during and after an event.
  • Develop a post incident summary reporting capability that is consistent and inclusive of various potential scenarios and outcomes.
  • Design and coordinate development of a framework that can be used to disseminate vital information, before, during and after resilience events.
  • Manage enterprise and LOB level data for business continuity planning and other documentation in the ORS system at Wells Fargo, ensuring consistency across plans and data
  • Work with the CIB Control Executive to develop consolidated and consistent risk management reporting framework, inclusive of required data and reporting for regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Work in coordination the CIB MIS lead to develop reporting standards for CIB executive level reporting , including key data to use in enterprise and risk council reporting, including key risk indicators that exceed outer boundaries, group level low confidence scores, and control weaknesses/action plans/risk acceptance with material or company-wide impacts.
  • Factor international resiliency partners and LOBs into the incident and crisis management framework and ensure enterprise level data and communication is available to/from international partners during CIB resiliency events.
  • Coordinate with Business Resiliency Officers (BROs) and the CIB MIS lead and enterprise teams to design and coordinate the development of key metrics, reports and tools that can be used to support the LOB in planning, events and post mortem of business resiliency events.
  • Work in coordination with CIB Facilities Management team to oversee planning, setup and maintenance of disaster recovery facilities.
  • Coordinate testing of recovery facilities as part of loss of location strategies.
  • Develop a framework to review and provide feedback regarding any identified issues or control weaknesses during incidents.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 7 years' experience in Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Commercial Real Estate
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Strong experience from a resiliency design perspective in one or more of the following areas: Technology & Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery, Cyber resiliency, Data Corruption, Cloud Resiliency, and Data Center resiliency procedures/solutions
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Experience with Incident Response Systems such as Everbridge
  • Experience in Business Resiliency Frameworks and/or Incident Command Structure and Response
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process efficiency experience, including process assessment and recommendations for improvement
  • Ability to think innovatively in how to collect, store, present and disseminate information
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working within a highly matrixed and globally dispersed organization

Pay Range:

  • New York Pay Range - $138,500.00 - $287,600.00 Annual

  • Charlotte Pay Range - $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 Annual
