Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Equity Research Associate.
In this position you will partner with Senior Analyst covering the REIT sector in Wells Fargo's Equity Research department. Specific responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining financial models, writing company and industry reports, conducting fundamental research and communicating with clients, internal sales people and senior management. Exposure to institutional investors, covered company/industry corporate executives, and medical/scientific and other experts will become an integral part of the position.

In this role, you will:
- Provide support in the editing and publishing functions within the Global Research and Economics Group in Wells Fargo Securities
- Generate research packet products, post research documents to market data vendors, update and maintain mailing lists, and provide client access to web sites
- Assign reports to Editors and Supervisory Analysts to ensure the most efficient use of resources
- Maintain databases
- Receive direction from leaders
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 2 years of Securities Research experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Experience using Factset, CapIQ and Bloomberg, and other data aggregation programs a plus.
- FINRA registration including Series 7 and 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- FINRA registration including Series 86 & 87 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
- This position is currently remote
