In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- Manage a 3rd party relationship and engagement, which includes 3rd party risk management and vendor management responsibilities
- 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Knowledge and understanding of biometric authentication, digital authentication, authorization, fraud, or cybersecurity
- Experience leading a scrum team
- Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into executive level communications
- Experience developing well-defined plans for problem resolution from preliminary or ambiguous information
- Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
- Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors for delivery of security, fraud and digital software solutions
- Leadership experience with ability to build relationships and consult effectively with stakeholders
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative models
- Demonstrated ability to bridge between business and business partners
