In this role, you will:

• Act as a top subject matter expert to lead analytics, data strategies, and executive reporting with companywide impact
• Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges companywide, delivering highly complex, analytical solutions that are long term, large scale, broad reaching
• Demonstrate vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
• Provide complex business analysis, developing analytical strategies, and complex projects
• Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
• Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers companywide, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team

Required Qualifications, US:

• 10 years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 6 years of SQL experience
• 6 years of SAS experience
• 3 years of Tableau experience

Desired Qualifications:

• 6 years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience
• 5 years direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
• 6 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both
• Experiences with Python or R
• Teradata Experience
• SQL Server Experience
• Ability to prepare management level PowerPoint presentations
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
