In this role, you will:
- Act as a top subject matter expert to lead analytics, data strategies, and executive reporting with companywide impact
- Lead the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges companywide, delivering highly complex, analytical solutions that are long term, large scale, broad reaching
- Demonstrate vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and resolution
- Provide complex business analysis, developing analytical strategies, and complex projects
- Provide vision, leadership, and industry expertise regarding complex companywide strategies that significantly influence the organization's business and financial operations
- Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers companywide, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team
- 10 years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6 years of SQL experience
- 6 years of SAS experience
- 3 years of Tableau experience
- 6 years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience
- 5 years direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
- 6 years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both
- Experiences with Python or R
- Teradata Experience
- SQL Server Experience
- Ability to prepare management level PowerPoint presentations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skill
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
