In this role, you will:
- Lead the execution of the communication plan for Analytic Enablement, facilitating team members to build release announcements, monthly newsletters, quarterly business unit reviews, and more.
- Collect information from the team and its customers to develop executive-level roadmaps that articulate product delivery plans, execution status, business value, and expected analyst adoption.
- Build content for and help construct the team's website (using products like SharePoint and Confluence), which acts as a storefront for the analytics community to get important resources, learn about data products, and more.
- Design and deliver the team's quarterly analyst CSAT survey, which is used to collect data from the analyst community about the effectiveness of our products and features.
- Manage data collection and reporting for the team's objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Maintain the team's roster against forecasts and support the recruiting process.
- Assist with coordinating and building content for all-hands meetings and quarterly offsites.
- Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
- Act as key participant in large-scale planning
- Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
- Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
- Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
- 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3 years of experience in data and/or analytics, such as data architecture, big data solutions development, data visualization, machine learning and modeling, etc.
- Experience with the agile scrum framework
- Experience working in a product team
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and discover
- Experience working with data in the financial services industry
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience developing and publishing content with SharePoint and Confluence
- Knowledge of the modern data stack and experience with data and analytics technologies such as Teradata, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark, etc.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for executives
- Experience writing executive level communications
- This is a full-time role with a potential for some travel ~ max of 1/trip per quarter.
- This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.
