In this role, you will:
  • Lead the execution of the communication plan for Analytic Enablement, facilitating team members to build release announcements, monthly newsletters, quarterly business unit reviews, and more.
  • Collect information from the team and its customers to develop executive-level roadmaps that articulate product delivery plans, execution status, business value, and expected analyst adoption.
  • Build content for and help construct the team's website (using products like SharePoint and Confluence), which acts as a storefront for the analytics community to get important resources, learn about data products, and more.
  • Design and deliver the team's quarterly analyst CSAT survey, which is used to collect data from the analyst community about the effectiveness of our products and features.
  • Manage data collection and reporting for the team's objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Maintain the team's roster against forecasts and support the recruiting process.
  • Assist with coordinating and building content for all-hands meetings and quarterly offsites.
  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3 years of experience in data and/or analytics, such as data architecture, big data solutions development, data visualization, machine learning and modeling, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with the agile scrum framework
  • Experience working in a product team
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and desire to learn and discover
  • Experience working with data in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience developing and publishing content with SharePoint and Confluence
  • Knowledge of the modern data stack and experience with data and analytics technologies such as Teradata, Hadoop, Google BigQuery, Tableau, Alteryx, Spark, etc.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for executives
  • Experience writing executive level communications
Job Expectations:
  • This is a full-time role with a potential for some travel ~ max of 1/trip per quarter.
  • This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Salary range is determined by location of the job.

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentive awards.

Philadelphia/Wilmington-Pay Range: 106,300-188,900 Annually

Dallas, Minneapolis, Charlotte, Des Moines-Pay Range: 96,600-171,800 Annually
