Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant to lead the Asian Segment within our Commercial Banking Division.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the Asian Segment Strategy within Commercial Banking to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities
- Develop a holistic business approach for Asian clients that delivers most useful financial products & services
- Create, implement, and execute strategic initiatives within this segment involving many stakeholders with diverse priorities and agendas. The main priority is to holistically service the Asian community
- Work cohesively with various senior leaders and team members to effectively engage and advocate for the Asian community internally and externally
- Identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities and loans in the secondary market for Asian segment customers and prospects
- Support various Business Growth Strategy projects focused on the Asian segment to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Commercial Banking to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth for the Asian segment
- Collaborate in close alignment with Marketing Segment Leader, Strategic Philanthropy, Corporate Communications and Corporate Responsibility and Community Relations teams to represent the Asian segment in the marketplace
- 7 years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 7 years of account relationship management experience, credit management experience, or a combination of both
- Experience in Business Growth Strategy, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Superior familiarity with the Asian Segment and connected with this community and its leaders through previous work experience
- Experience consulting within DE&I, Human Resources, and/or Affirmative Action
- Self-starter with profound critical thinking, credit underwriting ability and marketing skills
- Superior ability to work with leaders and team members across lines of business to effectively support our overall strategy with our Asian customers
- Experience analyzing segment data to develop regional and national strategies
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% domestically
- Willingness to work on-site at stated WF location on the job opening
