Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to serve as a Technical Writer within the Content Management Team as part of Consumer Lending Merchant Services. The Merchant Services Content Management Team is responsible for creating, updating and maintaining desktop procedures and control documentation for Merchant Services business segments. In this role, you will:
Complete assigned procedure/artifacts writing/publishing assignments on time and in accordance with Content Management Team procedures
Drive for results – demonstrate effective follow up to ensure assigned tasks completed timely
Identify opportunities for process improvements and share those recommendations with team management
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Exercise independent judgement and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations in a single business group within a line of business
Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Share best practices/learnings with less experienced Content Management Team staff

Required Qualifications, US:
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
1 years of experience working with OpenText or other procedure writing applications
1 years of technical writing experience, including experience writing risk/control documentation
Experience researching, developing, writing, and editing desktop procedures and documents
Merchant Service experience
Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
Strong attention to detail, including accuracy in grammar and a sharp focus on eliminating errors
Self-starter, with strong ability to manage time and deadlines
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 5 % of the time
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
This position offers a hybrid work schedule
