About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to serve as a Technical Writer on the Process and Procedure Team.
The team developed and maintains the end-to-end enterprise change management process designed to ensure consistent and repeatable delivery of change and minimize change risk. The team is also accountable for the Change Management Procedure and guidance materials which enable compliance with the Change Management Policy.
The Technical Writer should have advanced verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to translate technical and complex content into simple and easily consumable material for non-experts. They should also be able to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization in various levels and incorporate feedback.

In this role, you will:
- Lead the simplification of the Change Management procedure and guidance materials by translating content into everyday common language
- Ensure consistency in tone and terminology across process, procedure, and guidance content
- Negotiate, influence, and collaborate within a team environment to ensure content is effective, accurate, and actionable
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and incorporate feedback
- Support process and procedure continual improvement initiatives authoring enhancements to content
- Review content for grammatical accuracy and universal readability
- Advise and educate on effective business technical writing
- Establish and maintain relationships with ECM internal partners and key stakeholders
- Create presentation materials that tell a story
- Support activities to update material in the Policy Management Tool
- Support responding to inquiries regarding process and procedure content received through the Resource & Support Center
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- Demonstrated experience translating content that may be technical, include jargon or other specialized information into brief, clear, and consumable content for non-experts
- Strong experience writing procedure and guidance materials for enterprise-wide audiences
- Demonstrated communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing large, complex assignments with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements
- Experience with the Change Management Policy and procedure expectations
- Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery approaches
- Experience with Policy Management Policy and Policy Management Tool preferred
