About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for Global ER Learning
In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
Facilitate Employee Relations Learning courses both virtually and in person.
Enhance the onboarding and overall employee relations employee experience
Deliver content from various skill-based programs throughout Global ER employees
Leverage excellent interpersonal skills to build engagement across the organization
Assess and communicate employee progress throughout training process
Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
Assist in execution of Global ER Learning action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
Present recommendations to improve the support functions and operations.
Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
Required Qualifications:
2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources
Experience in Facilitation
Experience in Customer Service
Experience in Change Management and/or Project Implementation experience
Experience in HR ServiceNow and Workday
Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers
Job Expectations:
This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the listed locations. (Des Moines, IA, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, San Antonio, TX, Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC) Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
