Business Execution Consultant - Global Employee Relations Learning Team

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant for Global ER Learning

In this role, you will:

• Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

• Facilitate Employee Relations Learning courses both virtually and in person.

• Enhance the onboarding and overall employee relations employee experience

• Deliver content from various skill-based programs throughout Global ER employees

• Leverage excellent interpersonal skills to build engagement across the organization

• Assess and communicate employee progress throughout training process

• Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work

• Assist in execution of Global ER Learning action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations

• Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

• Present recommendations to improve the support functions and operations.

• Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Employee Relations and Human Resources

• Experience in Facilitation

• Experience in Customer Service

• Experience in Change Management and/or Project Implementation experience

• Experience in HR ServiceNow and Workday

• Experience consulting, influencing and partnering with business executives, leadership, human resources partners and peers

Job Expectations:

• This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the listed locations. (Des Moines, IA, Phoenix, AZ, Minneapolis, MN, San Antonio, TX, Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC) Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
