The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.

As a Business Initiatives Consultant 3, job duties include:
- Responsible for leading cross functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity.
- Provide leadership to other consultants and analysts in the integration/implementation of programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
- Develop and communicate standards, share knowledge, and provide coordination and direction on design and execution of project plans to resources involved in the Risk Consent Order Program.
- Partner with the Change Request Administration team to monitor and track change requests to project plans.
- Provide oversight to associated work streams to ensure that the work streams are following the Risk Consent Order Change Request process
- Provide credible challenge on artifacts created and submitted by work streams.
- Review Dependency Log, Issue Log, Risk Log, and artifacts submitted by work streams for completeness and accuracy (escalating as needed).
- Interact with Internal Audit to maintain line of sight on progress of Audit validation work
- Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives.
- Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
- Engages program or project manager at the appropriate level as defined in the Program/Project Management Policy to guide implementation.

- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Experience leading initiatives that result in corporate policy changes as well as changes to enterprise processes and tools.
- Experience with using SharePoint to monitor and control project activities
- Experience with operations of the Independent Risk Management/Corporate Risk organization as well as familiarity with policies and procedures used by Corporate Risk (including but not limited to Regulatory Relations, International Risk, Risk Governance and Administration, Compliance, Strategic Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk, and others).
- Thorough understanding of Wells Fargo PM Policy
- Superior written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience as a lead Program Manager running one or more programs or work streams that include three or more subordinate projects supporting a Corporate Risk organization
- Experience hosting and facilitating virtual/online meetings with Skype/Live Meeting
- Fluent in all standard Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel and Power Point skills required
- Proven leadership, relationship building, and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders and project teams, including executive management.
- Solid understanding of intersection between program office, subordinate projects, Business Operations, and IT (EIT)
- Experience creating and presenting PowerPoint decks to the highest levels of senior management
- Familiarity with WF Enterprise Project Management processes and EPM tool
- Experience leading regulatory-related initiatives
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

CA-SF-Financial District: Min: $113,400 Mid: $162,000
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $94,500 Mid: $135,000
IA-West Des Moines: Min: $94,500 Mid: $135,000
