CRG Infrastructure Supervision and Governance is seeking a talented, experienced leader to join its Controls, Analytics and Governance management team. The CRG Control, Analytics and Governance team identifies and provides effective oversight for risks within WFA’s retail brokerage branch network and branch infrastructure. A successful candidate must possess strong risk management, control, data analytics and/or brokerage experience as well as have strong analytical skills to evaluate controls and evaluate data. The candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, where priorities and tasks can change frequently and managing multiple projects simultaneously are critical.
The Business Support Consultant 2 position will assist in the successful implementation and going management of enterprise risk initiatives and conducting reporting on CRG Supervision and Governance activities.
- Investigate key controls for business processes and assist with the root cause analysis of issues
- Development and reporting of CRG key risk indicators (including risk assessments and trend analysis)
- Maintaining an understanding of Wells Fargo policies, development of future state processes that align with enterprise standards, and conducting business process analysis
- Provide ongoing reporting on the status of the risk measurement program
- Develop metrics and other management reporting on the status of CRG Supervision and Governance control activities
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and oversight of controls as needed.
Required Qualifications
4 year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
A BS/BA degree or higher- Knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and methodologies
- Ability to develop and manage business relationships
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
Other Desired Qualifications
- Ability to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verbally
- Ability to develop and manage business relationships
- Understanding of WIM business operations, processes, products, and customer interactions where they manifest risk
- Certification in one or more of the following: CPA, CRCM, CIA, CISA or CRMA designation
- Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
