About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a DeNovo Program Manager (Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant) within National Advice and Acquisition as part of Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. This position will serve as a Program Manager and will manage DeNovo initiatives by coordinating with business partners, supporting oversight/planning activities, and synthesizing information for various meetings, including but not limited to Cabinet Meetings that will inform presentations to senior leaders.

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate and consult with members of the workstreams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver them in accordance with timelines
- Manage the life cycle of the DeNovo Program including workstream initiatives ensuring timely completion of key deliverables and milestones
- Partner with functions/segments/LOBs outside of National Advice and Acquisition to identify roadblocks and develop a plan for timely implementation.
- Develop regular management and leadership updates/presentations on strategic initiative progress
- Engage stakeholders and leverage negotiation skills to gain alignment on key priorities
- Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities
- Participate in process to both identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities as well as loans in the secondary market
- Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation
- Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
Required Qualifications, US:
- 7 years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of the branch banking environment
- Superior program or project management skills
- Effectively self-manages end-to-end projects using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills; ability to guide discussions at multiple management levels
- Ability to work across multiple teams and with various stakeholders and synthesize multi-dimensional, complex, and interrelated concepts and related work into clear, consumable, implications, actions, and decisions
- Expert storytelling skills with the ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations for multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills

- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
