Wells Fargo is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead within the Marketing & Sales Platform team, which is part of Consumer Lending. This team is responsible for the ideation, implementation, support and success of all marketing platforms that enable the end-to-end process for Consumer Marketing.
You will be the Delivery Lead for the Experience Optimization product platforms, which helps Marketers to develop, test and enhance our customers digital experiences. You will be accountable to support and drive the end-to-end delivery and coordination across multiple scrum teams and key product owners.

In this role, you will:
- Partner with the collective product team to establish, coordinate and lead the delivery of all products within the portfolio
- Lead the teams with an agile, product and modern-engineering mindset, with a specific focus on driving digital innovation and connecting the activities needed to bring the product from ideation to market
- Establish the appropriate holistic product framework, including routines, communication and training to meet our Enterprise Change Management agile methodology and ceremony requirements
- Identify risks, issues and blockers within and across the product and scrum teams to ensure swift escalation and resolution
- Keep teams up to date on changing policies and standards to ensure adherence and risk awareness
- Identify and provide contributing insights and information regarding outside impacts to the product teams, with a focus on continuous improvement
- 7 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5 years of experience managing and delivering complex digital products to market from ideation through implementation
- 5 years of digital product management experience within Banking/Financial Services
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
