A Systems Support Analyst 3 (SSA3) with the Enterprise Availability and Coordination Office (EACO) will be responsible performing triage on the reported incidents, working production issues and monitoring alarm screens in the 24x7x365 Command Center. Incident Management issues require excellent verbal and written communication skills. Will need to be able to actively facilitate and control production bridge calls at all levels of impact and provide update to all levels of management. Will also need to compose written business communications, regarding impacts with a high degree of accuracy for the effect to the line of business and customers. The Analyst will need to follow defined processes for opening, assigning the correct severity based on documentation and closing an issue with any additional work needed. This position will facilitate Production calls covering a wide range of technical and business participants including various levels of management across all business lines. This position will manage the problem on the bridge line, triages issues, understand the impacts, take the necessary steps to assemble support teams needed to resolve the issue, send notification pages and incident updates as needed. Other needs will be to Monitor alarm screens, interpret alarms and take required appropriate action. The work is in a high-paced, collaborative and virtual team environment. The shifts are 4x10 Pacific Time.
Sunday-Wednesday 18:00-04:00 PT (60 minute lunch added to the shift)

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
