The Position

Reporting to the Head of Home Lending Servicing, the Chief Administrative Office leader will serve as a thought leader to drive organizational efficiency for Servicing, establishing the strategic priorities related to: Portfolio Management, Business Communications, Objective and Key Result planning, enhancing the employee environment and culture, coaching and business development, and Customer Experience management. This leader will also ensure consistency with broader Home Lending, Consumer Lending, and Enterprise Operations strategies in place.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the efforts to simplify the Servicing loan portfolio
  • Facilitate, design and implement repeatable and scalable business support processes.
  • Partner closely with the enterprise operations team.
  • Build and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy ensuring connectivity to Consumer Lending and Enterprise priorities including: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, Loudspeaker program and Global Employee Survey action planning. Develop and drive leader growth and development opportunities such as the Diverse Development Program.
  • Facilitate the development of the Servicing OKRs, identifying opportunities to implement minimum production standards and enhance performance management process with the goal of improving efficiency among employees.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the WFHL Head of Servicing as needed.
  • Develop an effective communication strategy and methodology for telling the Servicing story across the Servicing organization, Wells Fargo, and externally.
  • Interface with the Servicing Transformation leader to prioritize change deliverables and coordinate execution amongst the Servicing leaders


This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

The Candidate

A mature leader with proven critical thinking skills and demonstrated operational credibility will be determining factors in selection. A successful candidate will be articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership capability; they will be impressive in their inter-personal effectiveness and with regard to their accomplishments. The candidate will have strong relationship management, influencing, vision, operational and execution skills. A key differentiator will be the ability to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environment. The candidate operates with a bias with a sense of urgency, passion for results, human-centered, and personal accountability for driving results.

Base salary range for this role is:

  • Min: $168,000
  • Mid: $240,000
  • Max: $312,000

Compensation package may include a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights, or other long-term incentives.

Required Qualifications


  • 10 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 8 years of management experience in a planning environment
