Information Security Manager - Cyber Sunrise & Security Assessments

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Information Security Manager for the Application Security Organization. The role will manage a team who is responsible for cyber sunrise. The position is also expected to drive strategic initiatives and perform security assessments.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of 7-8 individual contributors
• Ensure that the team provides timely and accurate customer service to application teams going through sunrise
• Ensure high quality validation of application team compliance with key information security controls
• Ensure rigorous compliance with the Cybersecurity Sunrise Validation control so that the organization has assurance that applications are secure from the start
• Act as an escalation point for customers with questions or concerns about Cybersecurity controls required at Sunrise
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Domain Owners to support control validations and evolving security requirements, guidance, and training needs.
• Implement Corrective Action plans in support of Cyber Security Domains-identified risks
• Manage roadmaps for Cybersecurity Sunrise Validation and Security Requirements programs and tools
• Proactively identify policy, technology and regulatory changes that impact security requirements. Plan, design and implement and coordinate changes to ensure secure application development evolves with changes.
• Mature and streamline integration of Security Requirements into the application development lifecycle.
• Provide support and drive strategic initiatives
• Identify security risks and solutions
• Recommend compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
• Lead complex projects and initiatives impacting one or more business lines
• Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals
• Lead team to achieve objectives

Required Qualifications, US:

• 4 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 2 years of Leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience as a security control owner
• Experience performing security assessments or leading a team of security assessors
• Experience designing and producing security risk-based metrics and executive reporting
• Application security expertise
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience as a business application owner or technical application owner

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in a listed location 3 days per week on-site/in office and 2 days per week remote.
• 100% remote work option is not available
