About this role:
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications Strategy & Experience, this newly created position will serve as a strategic partner and provide content leadership around a broad scope of employee communications. This position will function as a principal point of contact for communicators across the enterprise and Lines of Business to deliver meaningful experiences that help employees feel informed, valued, and inspired. This position is required to be in the office 3 days a week and can sit in Charlotte, NC ; Minneapolis, MN ; New York, NY ; San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC . In this role, you will:

Manage editorial calendar and develop strategies for content delivery across multiple channels

Lead an “editorial board” to plan employee content and oversee its timely execution

Develop content that supports business objectives and brings employer branding to life

Collaborate with writers, videographers, and designers on the production of internal content

Oversee creative art-direction, and editorial planning for a consistent voice, and visual style

Partner with the content team and develop processes for submitting content ideas

Review and approve enterprise content being produced by other communications teams

Analyze content performance and provide recommendations to increase engagement

Ensure communications platforms are being optimized to support content objectives
Required Qualifications, US:
-
5 years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

Experience managing an editorial calendar and develop strategies for content delivery

Experience developing compelling content for creative storytelling

Experience working with content management systems (CMS)

Experience with content strategy, information architecture, and integration of corporate news
