Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to support the Account Servicing Operations Product area on the Merchant Services Business Transformation Team as part of Consumer Lending. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:
  • Perform complex impact analysis on a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dynamics platform for merchant service requests
  • Lead key components of the delivery of Operations solutions related to servicing and as part of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dynamics platform
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, including across various functional areas and at the enterprise
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Influence decisions in Account Servicing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dynamics platform maintenance which requires strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Influence and contribute to capability roadmap development, including scoping and prioritization
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of appropriate controls, including finding opportunities to automate existing manual controls
  • Influence and contribute to the development of key performance measures to judge effectiveness of internal platforms
  • Contribute to the delivery of voice solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 5 years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery, including but not limited to intake and discovery/analysis of new work and work in progress within the backlog
  • Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence and/or Jira
  • Merchant Services experience within the financial services industry
  • Experience exercising independent judgment and applying creative problem solving techniques to discern customer, technical, and process impacts
  • Ability to articulate business needs with both technical and business partners
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Ability to proactively identify roadblocks and develop recommendations for unforeseen issues in production, change requests, etc.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, product owners, technology, business analysis, or other internal partners
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision within a matrix environment
  • Experience working with third party vendors
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and experience communicating and presenting information to senior leaders
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
