In this role, you will:
- Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
- Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major global Treasury Management, Trade and Payment products and services
- Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
- As part of SD&I Innovation & Operations, the Innovation Initiatives team is focused on identifying, exploring and prototyping the next big disruptive opportunities, informing and helping transform our business, and delivering Wells Fargo into the next generation of financial services.
- As a senior member of the Innovation Initiatives product team, you will articulate the product vision, define the scope, prioritize your backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop and deliver. You will also establish and manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships. You will become the product expert for your area and able to represent at all levels within the organization and as well externally. You will be the champion of the customer, and have a strong sense of how your product differentiates against the competition.
- You will drive the day-to-day product development velocity and ensure the team keep momentum and stay goal focused.
- You will bring a human centered mindset that strives to push our business forward not just because we can, but because we absolutely should.
- 5 years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience of both working in enterprise roles and in startup environments.
- Experience with any of: blockchain, dApp. DAO, DLT, smart contracts, digital wallets. fintechs, neobanks, BaaS (banking as a service)
